Notes about hiring
Please read the following notes before checking out the hiring rates tables.
- Hiring rates apply from April 2025.
- Full rate: this is the regular rate for this hiring.
- Local rate: this rate is available only to hirers resident in the Parish of Mursley at the time of booking.
- Block rate: this applies to six or more sessions (of the same day and time) booked together. No block bookings can be taken for a Friday evening.
- Insurance: the hirer is required to provide evidence of own liability insurance cover OR pay an additional 10% of the booking rate for cover under the MVH policy.
- Confirmation deposit: at the time of making the booking, a deposit of 25% of the hiring fee shall normally be requested to secure the booking.
- Advance bookings: hire rates for bookings more than 12 months in advance may be subject to change.
- Morning session: 09:00-13:00
- Afternoon session: 13:30-17:30, 18:00 on Sunday
- Evening session: weekdays 18:00-23:00, Friday and Saturday 18:00-24:00, none on Sunday
- Saturday Big Event: includes Friday evening setting up, 09:00-24:00 on Saturday and Sunday clearing up 09:00-12:00
- Sunday Big Event: includes Saturday evening setting up, 09:00-18:00
- Sunday evening: the Hall can only hired for a local rate and at the discretion of the Committee
