What is Body Tone?

BodyTone is an uplifting workout focused on trimming down and toning up using music to motivate and inspire you whilst in a friendly, non-intimidating environment.

We use light to moderate weights to burn calories, reduce fat and build shape and strength without gaining bulky muscles.  The workout also incorporates a few cardio and boxing tracks to give you a refreshingly mixed workout.

The session follows a structured format and lasts approximately. 1 hour including warm up and cool down / stretching.  It’s split down into 10 music tracks, each focused on a different part of your body or training type, giving you a total body workout and a fantastic calorie burner.  Throughout the whole workout you will be guided and coached on the correct form and technique.

BodyTone suits all ages, abilities and fitness levels and can be easily adapted to suit your specific needs.  It is also baby / child friendly…they are more than welcome to sit and watch or keep themselves occupied.
